A big part of that is the requirement for you to confirm and evidence your vehicle or vehicles are safe. So, they all have a process to verify the safety and roadworthiness of the car or cars you use.

The inspection is not difficult or onerous to complete – it only really covers the basic issues all vehicle owners need by law – but the time, cost, and inconvenience of getting the inspection done (and the report to evidence it) is a nuisance at best.

To make it as painless as possible, FixMyRideShare brings the inspection to you, or wherever your car ‘lives’.

Our service assesses and records the status of a set number (it varies from 18 to 25, depending on platform) of individual safety points on your vehicle by using your smart phone video camera to view and verify them remotely. Whichever platform needs the inspection, we provide the completed report in their format (as a PDF document) and email it to you shortly after completion

The Video Process is Very Simple:

At the appointed time we’ll call you and guide you through the inspection process using your smartphone video camera

Unless the inspection is failed for some reason, you make payment to us over the phone, and your report is with you within the hour (usually much sooner).

If the inspection fails, you are not charged. Instead, we give you a list of the points needing rectification, you go away and fix them, and book another smart phone appointment for a repeat inspection. We can often turn it around at very short notice Just Call Us.
